- Cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, financing and layaway are also available
- We require 50% deposit for any special orders, or to have any in stock items reserved.
- Full payment is required to ship an order, with exception of financing.
- How does an order get delivered?
- Pickups: All customers are welcome to pickup their orders. Our warehouse is conveniently located on site. Pick up hours are Monday - Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., CLOSED TUESDAY and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6pm. To schedule a pick up, please call: 818.956.9763
- Delivery: We do not have an in house delivery team, but are more than happy to help you arrange for delivery with an outsource delivery company. For more details contact us at 818.956.9763 or email questions to floorplan.furniture@gmail.com
- Do products require assembly?
- Some products do require assembly. Usually to assemble a product all that is required is an allen wrench. Please ask a staff member or email us at floorplan.furniture@gmail.com to find out if a specific product requires assembly.
- If I find the same item elsewhere for a lower price, will you match it?
- Yes. We will not knowingly sell an item at a higher price than another retailer. If you find the exact same item at a lower price, we will gladly match it.
- Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
- We are required to collect sales tax according to a state's specific sales tax law.
- Are prices negotiable?
- We do not like to to play price gimmicks with our customers. Our prices are as marked on the tag. But we do offer a multiple discount rate that applies when customers purchase 3 or more pieces of furniture.
- How does the custom upholstery work?
- All of our custom upholstered collections come with a standard sofa, love seat, chair, chaise, and ottoman. These pieces can be made into different type of sectionals, or can be ordered as separate pieces.
- You choose the fabric you want from our abundant selection of different colors and patterns.
- You choose the color base or legs you want.
- Most of the time buttons can be added. If the standard collection has buttons and you do not wish to keep the buttons they can also be taken away.
- If you need to change the size that can also be done at an additional charge.
- Sofa beds can also be added in most of the styles. The sofa beds come in a queen, full, and twin size.
- The lead time for upholstered items is usually 2 weeks if fabric is in stock.
- What are the terms and conditions?
- The entire balance shall be due before or upon delivery date, unless otherwise provided in this document. Fifty percent deposit is required before merchandise can be reserved or ordered for Buyer.
- All furniture, bedding, and fabric protection warranties are provided from the manufacturers. Check the manufacturer's warranty card for terms and conditions. Transportation cost must be paid by the customer on all warranty exchanges. Soiled, stained, or damaged bedding will not be exchanged for furniture and bedding.
- Floor samples are sold as is, and have no warranty.
- Any damages found after the initial day of delivery will be subject to the rules and regulations. All goods to be repaired must be approved prior to drop off by authorized personnel. All goods must be transported by the Buyer both to and from the drop off point, at the drop off time designated by Seller.
- Estimated time of arrivals for special orders and out of stock merchandise are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Exchange Policy: Exchanges can be made on items that are stocked in our warehouse. Special order items and custom order items do not apply. Exchanges must be made within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. A pick up charge will be applied for items that must be collected by the delivery team. A restocking fee may apply. Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is started, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- All sales are final for any special order or custom order.
